Through WillowFit, my mission is to empower women to feel more confident, stronger and build more energy in their bodies.

My approach

I love going deep on your health and fitness goals. What do you want from your movement practice? And why? From here I’ll help formulate a realistic strategy that meets you where you’re at.

What I offer

At WillowFit, every program is personalised for the client to meet them where they’re at. I offer offer 8 wk programs and 1:1 sessions to drive consistency in your training practice

Building a strong foundation

I love helping women become stronger. My personalised strength programs incorporate pilates fundamentals, bodyweight movement patterns, and weight training.

My training in Clinical Pilates taught me the benefit of connecting to your breath, pelvic floor and core with your movement. A stronger connection to these areas, the more powerful the gains

Whether you have the goal of performing a chin up or running a triathlon, I specialise in building a strong foundation with a focus on patterning, technique and consistency in your practice.

8 Week Training Cycles

As a mum, I understand how hard it can be to find consistency in your practice. But training 2-3 times per week is essential if we want to hit the goals we have.

I offer 8 week training cycles that align with the school terms to help you make more powerful gains when the time is right.

After having 3 children in 5 years, Amy understands how important maintaining a movement practice is.

It helps build a stronger connection to your body and what it can do. It builds trust.

With training from a Women’s Health physiotherapist, I am aware of the physical and psychological changes that can occur to a women’s body. My programs are personalised for the client and I meet you where you’re at to help build a strong foundation.
